| 摘 要： | 新农村建设中,有些地方的房屋拆迁行为损害被拆迁农民的合法利益,增加了被拆迁农民的不合理负担。如何从法律的角度认识新农村建设中的房屋拆迁行为?规范新农村建设房屋拆迁行为和合法有序地推进新农村建设要求对此进行考量。
