摘    要:本文强调了关系营销的重要性及如何提供周到的服务使顾客有知觉性的控制,同时,认为“消费者至上”是一种落后的营销观念,企业除了满足消费者需求外,还应引导消费,通过开发新产品来创造需求,从而使企业获得长久发展的后劲。

Abstract:The paper emphasizes the importance of relations on sales and the way on how to provide picture service to make consumers conscious. Meanwhile consumerism is considered as an concept, the enterprise should try to guide consumption and create demand by developing new produsts besides meeting consumers' demand in order to have a long - term staying power of its development.
