论德育的情理法困境与破解之道

摘    要:“情”“理”“法”的融合生长是德育不断发展和突破的必由之路,“情理”总是渴望体谅与变通,“法”则表明无法宽容和放任。大学德育在理论和实践中不断遭遇“情理法”的缺失、僭越和冲突,导致德育实践产生异化,对人的塑造变为对人性的压制,德育目标难以取得个体的情感体验实现其内化,从而使道德教育失去原本的意义,道德目标滑向虚无。破除德育“情理法”困境,需要在对其进行准确阐述和定位的基础上探寻三者的融合之道,在融合中建立“以理为本、以法为界、以情为准”的新型德育观。

Abstract:The fusion and growth of "emotion","reason" and "law" is the only way for moral education to develop and make a breakthrough."Reason" is always eager for understanding and flexibility,while "law" shows that there is no tolerance and laissez-faire.In theory and practice,moral education in university has been confronted with the problems of lack of rational law,overstepping and conflict.As a result,the practice of moral education is alienated,and the shaping of human beings becomes the suppression of human nature.It becomes difficult for moral education to achieve the goal of the internalization of individual emotional experience,thus making moral education lose its original significance and the moral goal slide into nothingness.In order to overcome the dilemma of moral education,we need to explore the integration of the three methods on the basis of its accurate exposition and orientation,and to establish a view of integrated moral education which is based on reason,limited by law and judged by emotion.
