摘    要:"从个体困扰到公众论题"的视角转换,能够帮助研究者在高等教育研究中增进"实践理性",可从理论意向、经验立场和行动旨趣三个方面省思。从理论意向看,高等教育系统无序理论"在场"的情况使得研究者在思想、方法等各方面皆暗含无序信条,"不在场"的情况使得研究者在思想与方法上缺乏灵活性安排。从经验立场看,以系统视界、层级视界和体系视界探寻复杂性关系、规律性因素和制度化过程,研究者才能跨越从"心智"到"智识"的鸿沟。从行动旨趣看,"基于历史解释现在"与"运用文化关联结构",使得研究者能够在研究行动的关系汇流中不断获取意义。可见,研究者的实践理性不仅关涉其自身,还适用于他人、他物,甚至适用于高等教育系统中的各种现实问题。从个人视角转换至他人视角和社会视角,可解析各种力量综合影响下的多向度高等教育问题。

Abstract:A change of perspective from individual perplexity to a public topic,which helps researchers boost "Practical Rationality" in higher education management research,can be contemplated from three factors,i.e.the theoretical intent of the thoughts,the experiencing standpoint and the action objectives.From theoretical point of view, " Present" situation of higher education disorder theory makes researchers uphold the disorder creed among the aspects of thoughts,methods and so on; " Absent" situation of it makes them prone to lack of flexible arrangements among the aspects mentioned above.From the experiencing standpoint,through systemic view,hierarchy view and architectonic view to seek complexity relations,regular factors and institutionalization process,researchers can step over the chasm from intelligent to intellectual.From the action objectives point of view, "Interpreting the present based on history" and " Using literal relevance structure" can make researchers continuously getting meaning from the research of confluence relationship.Consequently,practical rationality of researchers is not only relevant to themselves,but also applied to other people and things,even the realistic issues of the higher education system.Only through converting the perspective from individual to others and society can we comprehend and grapple with the higher education management problems affected by various forces.
