优化制度设计 公平科学选才——江苏高考综合改革实践与思考

高考综合改革是教育体制改革的关键环节。2014年9月,《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》颁布,标志着新一轮高考综合改革正式启动。江苏作为第三批高考综合改革省份之一,在全面贯彻党的教育方针和国家总体要求的基础上,通过对江苏高考改革历程的反思,以问题为导向,针对江苏实际,在新一轮高考改革中从学业水平考试制度、高考科目设置、赋分方式、招生录取模式等方面加以优化和完善,着力实现高考改革在稳定与创新、科学性与公平性、扩大选择权与有利于人才选拔上的有机结合。

Optimizing System Design and Selecting Talents Fairly and Scientifically

The comprehensive reform of college entrance examination(Gaokao) is a key link in the reform of the educational system. In September 2014, the State Council issued the implementation opinions on deepening the reform of the examination enrollment system. This marks the official launch of a new round of comprehensive reform of Gaokao. Being one of the provinces in the third batch of comprehensive reform of Gaokao and aiming at full implementation of the Party’s policy on education and the overall requirements of the state, Jiangsu reflects on the reform course of Jiangsu Gaokao, and focuses on the problems of the current Gaokao model and the reality of the province. In the new round of college entrance examination reform, Jiangsu province optimizes and perfects the high school achievement test system, the Gaokao subjects setting and marking, and the model of admission, realizing the organic combination of stability and innovation, the integration of validity and fairness, and the coupling of expanding the options and increasing the efficiency of talent selection.
