共同价值引领下的非营利性民办高校有效治理:问题与思路

大学的利益相关者有效共同治理必须以共同价值为引领。从治理形式有效性和治理实质有效性两个方面分析,目前我国民办高校治理普遍存在决策权仍由"少数人"把控、决策与资源配置低效等诸多共性问题。非营利性民办高校的有效治理模式构建,须坚定共同治理理念,以共同价值为引领,追求权力配置形式的有效性,落实效率原则下的科学制度安排。

Effective Governance of Non-profit Private Colleges and Universities under the Guidance of Common Value

Effective joint governance of all stakeholders in universities must be guided by common values.Analyzing from aspects of governance form validity and governance essence validity,there still exist many common problems in the governance of private colleges and universities in China,such as the decision-making power is still controlled by a few people,the decision making and resource allocation are inefficient,and so on.In order to construct the effective governance model of non-profit private colleges and universities,we should firmly strengthen the concept of common governance,take common value as the guide,pursue the formal validity of power allocation,and implement the scientific system arrangement under the principle of efficiency.
