摘    要:教师价值观事关教师发展、人才培养和人格塑造,针对教师价值观实际状况进行有针对性的引导和培育,有利于新时代教师队伍建设。因此,开展一定范围的"教师价值观"滚动调研便于定期了解教师价值观现状,分析与教师价值观形成的相关影响因素,以更好地关注教师成长与发展。调研从教师"职业地位""知识信念"等六个维度进行,发现涉及教师价值的因素与性别、职称、类别和学历有一定关联。在此背景下,加强新时代教师队伍建设,需要正确对待影响教师价值观的相关因素,并针对实际情形对教师进行正确引导和培育。

Abstract:Teachers' values are important to teachers' development, talent training and character shaping. Targeted guidance and cultivation of teachers' values helps the teachers' team construction in the current situation. Therefore, carrying out a rolling survey within a certain range is conducive to regularly knowing about the teachers' values status and analyzing the relevant factors so that more attention can be paid to teachers' growth. The survey employs statistical analysis from six dimensions such as professional status, knowledge belief to spot aspects correlated to teachers' values. The influential factors are connected with gender, title, category and education. And region, economy, education and culture are also correlative factors in the survey. Therefore, in order to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, we need to cope with these correlative factors correctly, and provide proper guidance in teachers' values cultivation.
