摘    要:隐性课程具有文化浸润、感染和熏陶的育人作用,是显性课程的重要补充,可以为教育对象特别是大学生的健康人格发展奠定基础、提供支持。隐性课程能够促进教育对象知识面的生发拓展、价值观的建立健全和学习力的提升强化。实现隐性课程育人,必须加强理想信念教育与校园文化培育、建设新型师生关系、强化环境建设效度,并使之多位一体,发挥合力。

Abstract:Hidden curriculum plays the role of cultural infiltration and edification. It is an important supplement to explicit curriculum,providing support for the cultivation of learners’ healthy personality, especially that of college students. The hidden curriculum can promote the expansion of learners’ scope of knowledge, the perfection of their values and the improvement of their learning ability, etc. To educate college students with the hidden curriculum, we must boost the ideal and belief education, strengthen campus culture cultivation, build a new teacher-student relationship, and enhance the validity of environmental construction, coordinating them to work with joint effort.
