“现代学徒制”人才培养模式与“工匠精神”培育的耦合性研究

摘    要:现代学徒制""工匠精神"是当前高职院校人才培养的热点。文章通过剖析"现代学徒制"与"工匠精神"的内涵特征,提出两者在职业理念与价值取向、历史责任与时代使命、培养标准以及与产业结合的方式等方面存在关联耦合。在此基础上,分析了"现代学徒制"视域下,完善的企业师傅制度、"工"与"学"的结合、政校企行的共同关注为"工匠精神"生成与发展提供了条件。

Abstract:"Modern apprenticeship" and "artisan spirit" are the hot spots of talent cultivation in vocational colleges.By analyzing the connotative characteristics of "Modern Apprenticeship" and "Artisan Spirit", this paper points out that there is a correlative coupling between them in the aspects of professional concept and value orientation, historical responsibility and mission of the times, training standards and ways of combining with industry, etc.On this basis, this paper argues the perfect enterprise master system, the combination of "work" and "learning" in the view of "modern apprenticeship", and the joint concern of government, school and enterprise, provide the necessary conditions for the generation and development of "artisan spirit".
