大学生提速“慢就业”的服务策略

摘    要:随着95后毕业生步入社会,"慢就业"正在成为新生代就业群体中的"另类"选择。文章以"慢就业"究竟"是什么""为什么"和"怎么办"等问题为研究思路,在计划行为理论的指导下选取上海某高校1500余名在校生进行研究分析,了解高校"慢就业"群体的基本状况,并通过因子分析探究形成"慢就业"现象的原因。研究显示,影响因子由高到低为:求学深造、职业规划、自我效能、就业质量、朋辈影响、网络媒介、家庭支持。基于供给侧视角,文章在充分遵循市场经济人才资源配置的基本规律和学生成长规律的基础上,给出高校提速"慢就业"的服务策略,助推更高质量和更充分就业目标的实现。

Abstract:With the post-95 graduates entering the society,"slow employment" is becoming an "alternative" among the new generation of employment groups.This paper researches "slow employment" phenomenon in terms of its "what","why" and "how to do" questions.Under the guidance of the theory of planned behavior, more than 1500 students in Shanghai H University are selected for research and analysis, so that we can understand the basic situation of "slow employment" group in universities and explore the causes of "slow employment" phenomenon through factor analysis.Research shows that the influencing factors from high to low are: further education > career planning > self-efficacy > employment quality > peer influence > network media > family support.Based on the supply-side perspective and by fully following the basic law of talent resource allocation in market economy and the law of student growth, this paper puts forward the service strategy for coping with "slow employment" in colleges and universities, so as to reach the goal of higher quality and fuller employment.
