| 摘 要： | 在完善和提升现代大学治理的进程中,文化发挥着越来越重要的作用。当前,中国大学文化治理面临着一系列新的挑战,推动大学文化治理现代化成为"双一流"建设的重要一环,必须紧扣对象、形式与组织的三维向度,强化以人为本,重视多渠道多方向提升文化治理水平,实现高等教育的协调与善治。

| Abstract: | In the process of perfecting and upgrading modern university governance,culture plays an increasingly important role.At present,China's university culture governance is facing a series of new challenges,among which promoting the modernization of university culture governance has become an important one in the "double first-class" construction.Closely following the three dimensionalities of objects,forms and organizations,we must strengthen the people-oriented idea,attach importance to multi-channel and multi-directional improvement of cultural governance,and achieve the coordination and good governance of higher education. |
