| 摘 要： | 高校共青团组织有思想引领、组织动员、服务青年、维护青年合法权益四大功能,这四大功能的发挥成效与高校共青团印象正相关,良好的高校共青团印象可以帮助共青团凝聚青年。因此,可通过树立高校共青团功能的发展意识、创新高校共青团服务的原则和方法、亲和高校共青团服务需求等途径提升高校共青团印象,从而增强高校共青团的凝聚力。

| Abstract: | The university communist youth league has four functions: ideological guidance, organization and mobilization, services to the youth, and protecting the legitimate rights of the youth.The effectiveness of these four functions is positively related to the impression of the university communist youth league.A good impression of the university communist youth league can help to unite the youth.Therefore, the impression of the university Communist Youth League can be improved by setting up the development consciousness, innovating the principles and methods of service, and satisfying the service needs of the youth, so as to enhance the cohesion of the university communist youth league. |
