"寓德于体"理念蕴藏于古今中外教育思想中,它在当今高校中具体表现为大学生思想政治教育与高校体育的有机结合,契合并响应目前课程思政的现实呼吁。文章探讨了"寓德于体"教育理念的内涵,总结提炼了"三走"模式"走下网络、走出宿舍、走向操场"的源起背景与经验,提出"寓德于体"理念下大学生思想政治教育工作应采取如下举措:以体育德,确立思想政治教育新思路;德体并进,探索思想政治教育新方法;德体互动,拓宽思想政治教育新途径;德体融合,构建思想政治教育新机制。

Practice and Exploration in the Ideological and Political Education of College Students within the Context of Integrating Moral Education into Physical Education

The concept of "moral-embedded physical education" is deeply rooted in the educational theory of all countries both in ancient and modern times. It is now embodied in the successful integration of ideological and political education into physical education as a response to the calling for integrating political education into all college courses from Chinese central government. This essay discussed the core meaning of the concept of "integrating moral education into physical education", studied the origination and development of "three goes" model--go off the internet, go out of the dormitory and go to stadium--and proposed the following measures to enhance the ideological and political education of college students such as strengthening moral education through physical education to identify new ideas for ideological and political education, pushing forward moral education together with physical education to explore new methods to implement ideological and political education, establishing interaction between moral education and physical education to broaden the scope of ideological and political education, integrating moral education into physical education to construct a new mechanism in ideological and political education.
