“双融合”型高校学生党建工作模式的实践探索

为适应新时代对高校培养德才兼备、专业素养与政治素质双过硬党员的根本要求,文章拟从立德树人的视角,着眼于学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥,将"专业能力与党性修养"培育目标相融合;着眼于发挥学生党支部核心作用,将"推优入党与入党塑优"培育过程相融合,通过贯通式党员培养平台、链条化党员培养路径及一体化党建工作管理评价体系的建设,探索实践"双融合型"高校学生党建工作模式。

Exploration of Practice in "Dual-Fusion" Student Party Construction Work Pattern in Colleges

In order to meet the fundamental requirement for cultivating the new era's party members with both political integrity and professional competence, this paper concentrates on promoting the vanguard and exemplary role of student party members to make it combined with the goal of cultivating members with party spirit and professional competence. The establishment of central role of student party branches, in which process of recommending elites to the party and excellence-cultivating program for party members are fused, is also focused. Through construction of thorough cultivating platform and path for student party members and structuring integrated party construction management and evaluation system in colleges, practice in "Dual-fusion" student party construction work pattern in colleges and universities is accordingly explored.
