精准化背景下高校就业工作的转型研究

高校就业工作的转型既是时代发展的必然趋势,更是高校自身建设的内在需要。文章论述了精准化背景下由“就业指导”嬗变为“生涯教育”的必要性与紧迫性,以追溯西方相关理论与变革为基础,结合中国高校精准化就业工作开展现状进行反思,继而展开本土化路径探析。文章结合对“精准”及“精准化生涯教育”的内涵解读,提出生涯发展的“四个时期”、类别指导的“三原则”,并据此构建出“精准化生涯教育体系”内核模型。

A Research on the Transformation of College Employment in the Context of Precision

The transformation of college employment is not only the inexorable trend of the development of times, but also the inner needs of the college self-construction. This paper discusses the necessity and urgency of transformation from "employment guidance" to "career education". On the basis of tracing back to relevant theories and revolutions in western countries, we reflect on the current situation of precise employment in Chinese colleges. Then, the localization path is explored and analyzed. Combined with the connotation interpretation of "precision" and "precise career education", the "four periods" of career development and the "three principles" of category guidance are proposed, and the core model of "precise career education system" is constructed accordingly.
