山西职业教育发展形势、机遇和思路分析

近几年山西职业教育既有新的发展也面临很多困难矛盾,新世纪新阶段是发展职业教育的大好机遇。今后山西职业教育的发展应考虑以下几个方面问题:进一步扩大中等职业教育的规模;建设一批骨干示范学校和示范专业;大力发展农村职业教育和民办职业教育;多渠道筹措办学经费、以改革创新为动力,促进职业教育快速健康发展;把职校毕业生就业作为大事来抓。

An Analysis of Opportunities and Thoughts of Shanxi''''s Vocational Education Development

In the recent years there has been some development in Shanxi 's vocational education, but problems and contradictions also exist. It is the go od opportunity to develop the vocational education in the new century and the ne w stage. In the future we should consider the following five aspects in developi ng Shanxi's vocational education. We should expand the secondary vocational educ ation, establish a group of key model schools and specialties, devote major effo rts to developing rural vocational education and vocational education run by the local people, raise money through different channels as well as promote the fas t and healthy development of vocational education and put great emphasis on the employment of graduates with reform and creativity as the motive.
