| 摘 要： | 技术密集型的复杂产品系统是构成现代社会经济技术支柱的生产资料，在产品结构特征、开发方式和市场特征等方面都不同于一般大规模制造品。为了解复杂产品系统创新过程的各利益相关者影响程度，基于经典弗里曼理论的权力—利益坐标框架分析法，对复杂产品系统项目ERP-A3开发创新过程涉及的利益相关者作用机理进行研究，分析了不同利益相关者的权力和利益关系，最后提出在项目各个阶段涉及的主要利益相关者的定位图和管理策略。
