| Abstract: | With the times developing rapidly and accelerated living rhythm, more and more heavy pressure brings to people＇s work, life and study. This caused some people to have many psychological diseases. The overall function of their bodies is in the subheahh state. Music can affect people＇s thought, body and emotion. Music therapy will improve and enhance person＇s psychology and physiological health standard greatly through adjusting person＇s mood and improving the organism function. |
