| 摘 要： | 中国的风险投资已有20多年的发展历史，它立足于高新技术企业，主要扶持创新型企业的发展。本文利用probit模型结合644例中国风险投资事件数据首次对中国风险投资倾向进行了研究，得出了中国风险投资倾向的影响因素及作用方向。经模型验证。具有显著影响的因素有首轮风险投资发生时企业的年龄、发展阶段、地理位置以及IT、电信及增值、制造业三大行业．该结论也阐明了中国区域性：风险投资的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Chinese venture capital has developed more than 20 years.It is basing on the high-tech enterprises and helps the innovation firms.This paper uses probit model,basing 644 Chinese cases,and researches the propensity of Chinese venture capital first time.It finds out the main influence factors and their effects.The model demonstrates that enterprise's age,development stage,location and industries(including IT,telecom &VAS,manufacturing) of first turn investment has significant influence venture capital. |
