| 摘 要： | 模板是注塑机的重要零件之一,模板结构设计影响机器的性能和制造成本,因此精确计算工作时模板的受力状况较为重要。运用有限元理论和方法对特定型号注塑机的前模板进行计算分析,为模板结构优化设计提供有用数据。

| Abstract: | Moulding board is an important part of injection machine.Proper function and the cost of materials of machine is related to the structure of part.So a mechanics analysis is needed to be done during the design of the moulding board.The front moulding board of special type injection machine is analyzed by finite element method.The results provide useful data for the optimization design of moulding board. |
