| 摘 要： | 随着跳远成绩不断提高，跳远技术各个环节需要不断改进和完善。在影响跳远成绩诸多因素中，起跳动作是各个环节中一个非常重要的关键动作。就起跳动作对跳远运动员创造成绩所发挥的作用，在理论与实践中加以探究，提出建议。

| Abstract: | The higher and higher scores in long jump ask for the improvement of its technology in each step.Among the many factors to affect the final scores,the bouncing movement is critically important.This paper theoretically and practically probes the functions of the bouncing movement for the long jump athletes as well as gives suggestions. |
