| 摘 要： | 李达在长期的教育实践中，形成了马克思主义的大学管理思想。提出了平民主义学校观、社会主义新型大学观、最高学府观；强调按马克思主义原则办学、按国家的文化教育政策办学、办一流大学；主张以教学科研为中心，把提高教学质量放在首位，把思想政治教育作中心环节，把师资提高作为学校中心工作；办创新型大学，注重骨干人才，以“出成品”、“出人才”为价值取向。

| Abstract: | Li Da has established a set of Marxist university management concepts during his long years' practice.He raised the ideas of universities for common people,socialist universities,and the kest institutions of higher learning.He emphasized that we should follow Marxist principle and national cutrural and educational policies in school-running so as to establish first-rate universities.He argued that we should center on teaching and research,improving teaching quality,political education,and improving the teachers' competence.He also maintained that we should try to establish innovative universities,paying attention to those backbones and aiming at cultivating talents. |
