内抓管理 外树形象 积思广益 谋求发展

昌宁电大通过加强内部管理，做好招生宣传和就业指导、推荐工作，以及开展联合办学，取得了一定的成绩。但仍存在生源、经费不足，实验实习场地、产教结合有待改善，管理、教学模式滞后，教师结构不尽合理等问题。对此，必须改变观念，拓宽思想，办出自己的特色。

Strengthening Inside Management and Establishing Outside Images to Seek a Great Development through Gathering all Good Thinking

The paper generalizes the some achievements of Changning TVU Working Station made through strengthening its own inside management,publicizing its student's enrollment and guiding the graduate's employment as well as running joint schooling. However, there still exist some problems of the lack of student source and funds ,few experimental places,the improvement of production and teaching ,the old management and teaching mode and the irrational structure of teaching staff members. Facing to these problems, all staff members should change their mind and broaden their thinking and stick to the characteristics of their own.
