| Abstract: | What is reflected in the practical macro-economical policies of the European Monetary Union about the play between the monetary and financial policies is a short-term unfavorable structure of a stable monetary policy accompanied by an expanding fiscal expenditure policy, and a long-term dynamic balance between an economizing fiscal expenditure and a stable monetary policy. |
