高等中医药院校传统保健体育教学改革特色

总结20余年的改革实践,探析高等中医药院校传统保健体育教学的发展历程,从文化性、中医学、时代性等角度阐述了高等中医药院校的传统保健体育教学特色。指出了新《纲要》背景下高等中医药院校体育改革的方向:坚持科学性与可接受性、民族性与世界性的统一;强调课程内容健身性与文化性的结合,淡化竞技性。

Characteristic of Teaching Reform of Conventional Health-protecting P.E. in Traditional Chinese Medicine Universities and Colleges

It summed up the reformatory practice for more than 20 years,probed into and analyzed the developmental course of the conventional health-protecting P.E.teaching in the universities and colleges of Traditional Chinese medicine,and set forth the teaching characteristic of the conventional health-protecting P.E.in the traditional Chinese medical institutions of higher learning from the angle of cultural character,traditional Chinese medical science,the nature of the times and so on.It also pointed out the direction of P.E.reform in the universities and colleges of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of new " Program",i.e.insisting on the unity of scientific nature and receivability,national character and worldwideness,emphasizing the combination of building-up nature of course contents with cultural nature,and making light of the competitive nature.
