| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段人事档案管理模式是在计划经济体制下建立起来的既陈旧又不健全的管理模式．它严重妨碍我国人才的合理配置，是与社会主义市场经济不相适应的。因此，探索出一条人事档案管理的新路子大有必要，而构建人事档案管理中心、推进人事档案管理的网络化，是人事档案工作走向现代化管理的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The present pattern of personnel dossier management in our country is an old and imperfect pattern that was built in the system of planned economy. Such a patte rn has seriously hindered the reasonable personnel deployment and therefore is u nsuitable for the market economy. It is necessary to find a new pattern. To buil d up a personnel dossier managing center and to push forward the networking of t he management is the way modernized management should take. |
