生物化学中的标准态及其影响

摘    要:如何用化学热力学原理来研究生物体系,是人们十分关注的问题.本文仅就热力学中的标准态与生物化学中的标准态的差别以及这种差别对生化反应的标准吉布斯自由能变量、吉布斯自由能变量、标准平衡常数、电动势等带来的影响进行了探讨.结果表明,这些差别和影响是比较大的,是不容忽视的.

Abstract:How to study biological system with the principles of chemical ther modynamics is the problem that people pay attention to extremely . This artical makes an inguiry into the differences between standard state in thermodynamics and standard state in biochemistry, and studies the effects that the differences exert on biochemistry reaction's standard Gibbs free energy change. Gibbs free energy changa. Standard equilibrium constant and electromotive force and so on . The result shows that these differences and effects are great and they cannot be ignored.
