| 摘 要： | 对高校重点学科文献资源建设的经费、采访体制、采集途径、资源开发、人员配备等方面存在的诸多问题进行细致分析，提出重点投入、调整结构、情报调研、协调合作、提高素质、加强开发等诸多解决问题的有效途径和措施。
