| 摘 要： | 与中央直属院校相比,我国地方高校的对外合作办学存在着种种不如人意之处,导致合作难以开展或是难以达到应有的效果。要提高地方高校对外合作办学的成效,首先要找出并分析各种制约因素,并探索解决这些问题的对策。
