高职学生劳动权益教育现状分析与劳动法课程设置

劳动法问卷调查结果表明高职学生法律知识匮乏,学校应高度重视学生的劳动维权教育,通过开设劳动法课程等方式培养学生运用法律知识维护劳动权益的能力,提高就业质量。同时,课程教学设计应充分考虑高职学生与法律课程的特点,注重案例引入、理实结合。

Analysis of the Situation of Vocational Students' Labor Rights and Labor Law Curriculum

In response to the surveys and questionnaires with regard to the infringement of contract during the process of college graduates＇ hunting jobs,this paper analyses and indicates the fact that college students are short of legal awareness.Higher vocational colleges should set up labor law course generally to address this trouble and improve employment quality.Meanwhile,this paper points out that importance should be attached to cases and theory should be combined with practice when designing labor law curriculum with the consideration of the characteristics of vocational students and law courses.
