| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育发展面临区域梯度教育结构的现实。基于反梯度理论，对口支援西部高校促进了高等教育区域协调发展，具备反梯度之意蕴，从而体现了对口支援西部高校的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | There is the fact that the regional gradient structure has taken shape in the course of our higher education development. Basis on the anti - gradient theory, partner assistance on western colleges, which promotes the regional coordination development of the higher education, has the meaning of anti - gradient and reflects the theoretical and practical significance of the partner assistance. |
