Analysis on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Public Supervision by Network

This paper tells us three advantages and three disadvantages of public supervision by network： the extensive and independent of subject, the interactive of the action, the direction of the effect; the disorder, the weakness and the unity. Then the author thinks that the vital factor to advance the public supervision by network is the management and introduction of the government.
