| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了山西省高等职业院校的基本情况和山西省高等职业院校教师队伍的基本情况,指出了山西省高等职业院校教师队伍建设中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了若干建议。主要认为:在高等职业教育的发展中政府应起主导作用;应加强培训,提高高等职业院校领导的管理水平,优化教师的知识结构和学历结构;政府出面协调,选择相关行业的骨干企业和单位作为职业教育的师资培训基地。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the basic situation of Shanxi universities and the reform of teachers and the author puts forward some suggestions based on the problems in the reform of teachers of higher vocational colleges.The author thinks that Government should play an important role in promoting vocational education,teachers' training should be strengthened and some suitable training bases should be chosen from different enterprises. |
