私营企业秘书工作的诚信问题及对策探讨

摘    要:在全球金融危机的新环境下,越来越多的大学生选择到私营企业工作。本文结合笔者曾在私营企业从事秘书工作的实际,根据现代经济学成本与利润的基本原理,探讨私营企业秘书工作中出现的诚信问题、原因及其对策。企业诚信是通过企业员工的诚信汇集而成的,秘书作为企业的代表,他们自身的素质和诚信度对企业来说是至关重要的。据此,从经济学相关理论的宏观角度和企业、秘书的微观角度分析秘书诚信问题存在的原因;并在经济学宏观理论的指导下具体提出了确立秘书工作的诚信原则、制定严格的秘书选用制度两个面对私营企业秘书存在的诚信问题时应有的对策。
