多年以来在国内外享有较高声誉的俄罗斯高级人才培养系统出现了一些问题,需要对其进行改革。由于俄罗斯副博士学位同西欧的博士学位存在一定的区别,所以在改革中,即要保留副博士研究生培养中的传统优势,又要对观念体系和法律体系进行修改,同时利用西方高级人才培养中的好的合理因素,这样才能真正实现俄罗斯高级人才培养体系的现代化。

The Modernization of Senior Talent Cultivation System in Russia

The Russian senior personnel training system which enjoys a high reputation for many years have occurred some problems,and the reform for it is needed.Because of the difference in doctoral candidate degree between Russia and Western Europe,therefore in reform,it is necessary not only to retain the traditional superiority of Vice Doctor Graduate training,but also to modify the idea system and the legal framework in order to use the good reasonable factor in the West high-level personnel training,so we can really achieve the modernization of Russian senior personnel training system.
