| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是中国的基本问题，也是我国现实社会中迫切需要解决的重点难点问题。解决“三农”问题，一定要跳出“就农业论农业”的局限，大力推进农业产业化、农民知识化、城乡一体化和管理法制化，创新解决“三农”问题的有效途径。
