| 摘 要： | 将晶体管特性曲线理想化,对高频功率放大器所处的非线性状态,引入折线分析法对其主要的性能指标进行分析研究.给出了高频功放非线性状态下的输出功率、效率、耗散功率等物理量.简化了非线性状态下高频功率放大器的分析.
