| 摘 要： | 企业管理是高职院校的一门专业基础课,也是基础性学科。传统的教学模式已不适应企业管理课程的教学,只有创新教学方法才能提高学生的理解和应用能力。本文着重分析高职院校的学情,针对性地提出多种参与性教学方法和实践性教学方法,以提高课程教学水平,实现教学的目标。
