| Institution: | Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota, He taught measurement at Syracuse University prior to joining the faculty at Minnesota in I960. Jack served as President of NCME in 1971–72 and as President of Division D of AERA in 1967–69. He is a Fellow in Divisions 5 and 15 of APA and chaired the Interassociation Council on Test Reviewing in 1967–69. His publications, including coauthorship of the Stanford Achievement Test, have been based on his research and experiences as a mathematics teacher. Director of the Minnesota Statewide Testing Program, Assistant Director of the University of Minnesota Student Counseling Bureau, and Staff Director of the National Assessment of Educational Progress. |
