Study on Teaching Tactics of Ex-ecative Employees Training

Making teaching tactics,by taking investigation and analysis on learning types and focuses,have direct influence to training results.Under the guidance of ML learning theory,TfU and CLEs model of constructionism,this article illustrates a set of explicit teaching tactics of execative employees training,by making stimulatible topics,questions and projects,utilizing abundant learning resources,encouraging deep communication and understanding,and finally making learners and teachers develop new concepts and setting programs to solve problems.It's a dear teaching tactics with Chinese charactercstics.
