| 摘 要： | 近年来，研究生就业指导和思想政治教育实践得到了长足发展，但二者缺乏实质性的联动，在诸多方面出现了错位或相互割裂。文章就此问题进行探讨，分析了影响二者联动的原因，并提出了对策。
