中国近代儒商的形成和近代儒商文化的内涵及特征

儒商是以儒家思想作为经营管理准则和生活指导,有良好品德和专业知识并取得成就的商人。伴随着中国近代民族资本主义和民族资产阶级的形成和发展,在近代民族企业家中产生了中国近代儒商。他们既积极吸收近代西方工商业思想和科学管理,又全力继承传统儒商文化,建构近代儒商文化。近代儒商文化主要包括七个方面内容。与西方近代商业文化片面崇尚功利性的工具理性不同,近代儒商文化弘扬儒家人文精神,将道德性的价值理性和功利性的工具理性相统一,提出了义利合一和义利并重的义利观,形成了富有中国文化特色的商业文化。

Formation of Confucian Merchants in Modern China and the Connotation and Characteristics of their Culture

Confucian businessmen are businessmen with good moral character and professional knowledge who take Confucianism as the management criterion and life guidance.With the formation and development of national capitalism and national bourgeoisie in modern China,Confucian businessmen came into being among Chinese modern national enterprises.They not only actively absorbed the modern western industrial and commercial ideas and scientific management,but also inherited the traditional Confucian merchant culture and constructed the modern Confucian merchant culture.The culture of modern Confucian merchants mainly includes seven aspects.Different from the western modern commercial culture which advocates the utilitarian instrumental reason one-sided,the modern Confucian merchant culture promotes the Confucian humanistic spirit,unifies the moral value reason and the utilitarian instrumental reason,and puts forward the concept of justice and interest in unity and equal emphasis on justice and interest,which forms the commercial culture with Chinese cultural characteristics.
