师范大学生职业心理素质结构及量表编制

摘    要:本研究在前人研究的基础上,经进一步理论分析,通过访谈、开放式问卷等方法,构建了我国高校师范大学生职业心理素质结构的理论维度,并据此编制了师范大学生职业心理素质量表。对量表进行探索性因素和验证性因素分析后表明,师范大学生职业心理素质由职业认知、基本教学能力、职业价值观、师德规范、职业性格素质五个维度构成。对440名师范大学生的正式测量结果分析表明,该量表具有较高的信度和效度,可作为考查和研究师范大学生职业心理素质的有效工具。

Abstract:A theoretical frame concerning professional psychological quality structure of Chinese students in normal universities has been constructed,on the basis of previous researches and our further theoretic analysis after dialogues and questionnaires,and a scale has been compiled on professional psychological quality of students in normal universities.After the analysis of probing factors and testifying factors,we find that the professional psychological quality of students in normal universities is composed of five aspects: cognition of the profession,basic teaching ability,attitude to the profession value,teaching morals and professional character quality.The scale is found to be comparatively credible and effective,based on the surveying of 440 students,and it can be used as an effective tool to study and check the professional psychological quality of students in normal universities.
