从“民”的定位看民本思想的实质

摘    要:民本思想是中国古代政治思想的重要组成部分,至今仍然深刻地影响着中国人的政治生活。本认为民本论中民不是指有主体意识的、法律地位平等的、权利和义务统一于一身的公民,而是指向君主制下的、被统治的臣民。民本论的主张是“为民”,不是“民为”。它是君主理论中关于如何认识民,如何“牧民”的政治理论。从总体上看,这种思想体系对现代民主建设不具积极意义。

Abstract:It is an importance part in Chinese ancient times political thought that the thought on people is foundation. It is still affecting deeply Chinese political action now. The gist of the article is that the "people" in the thought is subjects of a feudal ruler. It isn't citizen.The gist of the thought of people is foundation is how to do for people, not to be people to do for himself. It is the part of the thought of autocratic monarchy. This thought do not have the positive meaning to modern democracy developments.
