| Abstract: | Stress in the teaching profession is a new research field of educational sciences. Based on foreign educators' research into this field, this thesis analyes the manifestations and consequences of teacher stress, presents various sources of the stress and some recommendations for alleviating it, respectively in three aspects of the society, the school and the individual teacher. In the end, it probes into the necessity and urgency to study occupational stress among teachers in our country. |
