Consciousness of Cultural Diplomacy and Translating Chinese Works

The translation of Chinese works is intrinsic to cultural diplomacy.In response,it seems more realistic and pragmatic to explore this issue from the perspective of cultural diplomacy.In this paper,we,in the sunshine of cultural diplomacy,prove its necessity and legitimacy for Chinese people to take up the cause of translating Chinese works into foreign languages with emphasis on the point of cultural intelligence,and presenting fluency and prominence as a translation strategy,which is compatible with cultural diplomacy.
