农民非制度政治参与的特点、根源及其防范

随着农村市场化和民主化进程加快发展，农村各种复杂矛盾和利益冲突日益加剧，农民在很大程度上寻求非制度政治参与以实现其利益诉求，群体申诉型和多样化参与方式已成为当前我国农民非制度政治参与的主要特点，其原因主要包括农民利益受损、制度低效、渠道不畅、组织保障不力等。政府应采取措施积极引导农民政治参与向制度化和法制化的轨道发展。
