| 摘 要： | 欧洲一体化、经济全球化和科技革命的迅猛发展,使欧洲社会民主党加大了改革的力度。扩大社会党的社会基础,实行民主化改革,激发党的活力和吸引力成了改革的重要内容。改革越有成效,就越有利于其执政地位的巩固。

| Abstract: | With the advancing of the integration of Europe, golobalization of economy and the dramatic progress of technic revolution, the Europe Social Democracy Party feel tensive about the reform. The vital part of the reform is the expansion for the social enviroment to the Socialist Party and the stimulation for the Party's vigor with the realization of democratic change.The more effective the reform is, the groundier they will stand on the groundier they will handle the power. |
