| Abstract: | The outcome of industrialization, urbanization and high - speed economic development may endure the development price of farmland loss and environment pollution. The viewpoint of considering people first and coordinated continuous development should be established to shake off the beaten track of pollution first, recovery of environment behind that some developed corntries have experienced. |
