中英师范生资助政策比较及启示

本文从历史到现状对英国以及我国师范生资助政策进行比较分析,发现英国在师范生资助上始终坚持师范生优于一般大学生的原则,并且在具体资助上表现出灵活性与差异性,此外英国实施了定向培养资助方案;而我国的师范生资助在原则上缺乏稳定性,政策经历了两次显著的变动,在具体实施中习惯于采用整齐划一的模式,缺乏灵活性和差异性考量。基于比较,研究得出了相关启示。

A Comparison of Financial Aid Policy between Chinese and British Normal Students and its Enlightenment

Comparing and analyzing the normal students financial aid policy of China and Britain from the history to the present situation j the study finds out Britain keeps the principle that normal students should get more aid than general college students. The financial aids of normal students in Britain are more flexible and reflect the difference. In addition, Britain has implemented orientation training funding scheme; howev- er, in China the financial aid principle of normal students lacks of stability, and the policy has two significant changes. As well as, we are used to apply the uniform model in concrete implementation and lacks of flexibil- ity and diverse considerations. Based on the comparison, the relevant enlightenment is attained.
